Take the busywork off your team.

AI agents take on the repetitive work – answering enquiries, processing documents, pulling reports together. Your people check and decide.

A chatbot talks. An agent does the work – and stops where your decision is needed. Anything that leaves the building is seen by a person first.

What we automate

Work an agent can take.

Enquiries and support Reads every email and form, drafts the reply or routes it to the right person with a summary.

Documents, invoices, data entry Pulls the data from invoices, orders and contracts into your system. Anything unclear goes to a person.

Reports from many systems Collects the numbers from all your tools and writes the report. You read it and publish.

Ours: our weekly product report

Watching the market Reads prices, news and filings on a schedule and sends you only what matters, in plain words.

Ours: running since June 2026

An AI operating system Your automations as one system: shared memory, a morning digest, reports, one set of access rules.

Ours: we run on one every day

AI adoption workshops With your team, we pick the two or three processes where AI pays off most, and write the plan.

How it goes

From one process to a working agent.

We start
by mapping one process
You get
a working agent inside your systems
  1. 1

    Map the process

We look at how the work is done today, on real examples. You get: a description of the process and an honest view of what's worth automating and what isn't.

  2. 2

    A prototype on your examples

The agent works on your real (anonymised) data. You see the result before the full build.

  3. 3

    Build and test

We connect the agent to your systems. A set of test cases runs after every change.

  4. 4

    A supervised pilot

The agent works alongside your people and every action is checked. It gets more autonomy only as it earns trust.

  5. 5

    Support or handover

We keep an eye on quality and adjust the agent when your data or processes change. Or we hand everything to your team, with documentation.

Safe by design
  • Nothing goes out without a personPayments, customer emails and deletions wait for a confirmation.
  • Least access, everything loggedThe agent sees only what its task needs, and every action is in the log.
  • Your data stays in the EUUnder GDPR – or entirely on your own hardware, with local models.
  • Yours to keepCode, prompts and test sets live in your accounts. The models run on a clear monthly subscription.
Questions

Before you call.

Will this replace my staff?

No, and we don't design it that way. The agent takes the retyping, sorting and data gathering; decisions and conversations with customers stay with people. The goal is a team that handles growth without hiring for routine work.

We're not technical. Will this work for us?

Yes. You don't need to understand AI: you tell us how the work gets done today, and we show you the result on your own examples.

Our data is a mess.

Almost everyone's is. We start with what you have and build around the tools you already use. Sometimes the first step is tidying up – and that pays off on its own.

We tried ChatGPT and it didn't stick.

A chat is something you have to go to. An agent is built into the process: the work comes to it, and the result lands where your team already works.

What if the agent gets it wrong?

That's why a person sees everything before it goes out, and every action is logged. A mistake shows up straight away and never reaches the customer.

What happens when something changes or breaks?

An agent that works today can drift as your data changes. On support, we watch quality and adjust it; without support, your team gets the documentation and the test sets.

Can our data stay entirely in-house?

Yes. For clients who need that, we set everything up on your side: the agents and local models run on your own hardware, with no outside AI services.

Can we leave and keep everything?

Yes. The code, settings, prompts and test sets live in your accounts from day one.

For technical teams

Claude and other models; agents and MCP integrations; n8n where off-the-shelf connectors are enough; an action log; eval sets run on every change; deployed in an EU cloud, or entirely on your own hardware with local models.
