Seventeen years ago, I built my first e-commerce website for €200, convinced I'd found my life's calling. I was right—except the calling has since changed beyond recognition.

The journey from freelance developer to Product Designer at a major gambling company took over a decade. In 2010, I joined Tallink—the largest Baltic ferry operator—where I spent ten years building hotel websites and booking systems, working as both designer and developer.

In 2020, I pivoted to the gambling industry. After designing casino games, I moved to creating lobbies and back-office systems—design systems and interfaces for millions of users. A qualitatively new level.

That's where I encountered the challenge that reshaped my career: working with a dozen product owners simultaneously, each needing working prototypes not in a week, but tomorrow. When requests like these land daily, you think differently about optimization.

Then large language models arrived and changed everything. I've spent the last year integrating AI systematically into every stage of my work. What used to take a week now fits into a day.

Today, value comes not from pushing pixels, but from thinking systematically, writing precise specifications, and orchestrating AI agents. That's exactly where I focus my expertise.
