Video content machine from a brief to a film.

Pixel Chain is a family of apps, and every app needs its own short film – for YouTube, the website and sales meetings. A studio makes one film at a time, and each takes weeks. The job: a machine where the next film is a new script and new screens on a proven template, not a new production.
Discipline by discipline.
Script first
Every film starts from a one-page brief: what the app does, the claims we may make, fourteen lines of voice-over. Nothing is animated before the script is approved.
Scenes and real screens
Generated isometric scenes of the yard, the warehouse and the office, with the app's real screens on top, taken from a demo client with neutral data.
Voice and timing
A synthetic voice reads the approved lines. Every animation waits for a word of the voice-over, not a second on the clock, so a re-voiced line moves only its own scene.
One template, many films
A new film is a copy of the first with new scenes, screens, lines and mascot. The house style, the checklist and every fix found on an earlier film carry over.
Ready to publish
4K masters at YouTube loudness, subtitles, thumbnails, titles, chapters and descriptions.
- Timed to words, not secondsChange a line and only its scene moves. Without that, every edit of the voice-over means re-timing the whole film.
- Real screens, neutral dataThe films show the product as it is, from a demo client, so no customer's data is ever on screen.
- A person approves each stepScript, then storyboard, then scenes – in that order. The machine is fast because nothing is redone.
