Meetings to decisions & actions
The meeting is not the work; the decisions, owners and dates pulled out of it are. I run this one myself: my own client and partner calls go through exactly this shape, with per-item confirmation as the lock. The pipeline gets them out of the transcript before they evaporate.
How it works
Four steps, and the last two exist to keep you in charge. The AI reads and drafts; nothing reaches a person or a system without your say-so.
Whatever you already have
A transcript, a recording doc, or pasted notes. No integration required to start; a folder scan can find un-debriefed meetings for you.
Decisions, owners, dates
The AI structures it: decisions, actions with an owner and a date, blockers, facts worth remembering, and draft follow-up messages.
Nothing writes itself
Every entry is shown to you and lands only on your per-item OK. The confirmation is the lock, not a courtesy.
Filed, and drafted
The debrief is saved where your team looks; follow-up drafts are ready – you send them, in your name.
What you gain
- Actions get owners and dates while the meeting is still warm
- Follow-ups are drafted the same hour, not the day after the deadline
- A searchable record of what was actually decided, meeting after meeting
Honest limits
- Output quality tracks transcript quality – a bad recording gives a thin debrief
- Anything leaving the company stays a draft; the human sends it
- It will not attend the meeting for you
indicative, not a quoted delivery date
How many decisions from last week can you name?
Tell me on a 30-minute call – I'll show you what a debrief of one of your own meetings looks like.
